Enhancing Care for Ontario Care Partners Locations

The Enhancing Care Program provides online and in-person clinical services and groups from 15 partner organizations across all Ontario Health regions.

Each partner organization provides services in local communities, and the surrounding region, as indicated on the map below. Most partner organizations have some flexibility to provide virtual services outside of their local or regional service area. The Geriatric Psychiatry Community Services of Ottawa provides French-language services (online only) to care partners across Ontario. The Seniors Wellness Centre, Sinai Health provides online clinical services and groups in Cantonese and Mandarin for care partners living outside of the GTA.

Note that clinical services and groups are available to partners, spouses, siblings, adult children, and other family or friends and may be completed either in-person or online. Our virtual programs are ideal for anyone with a busy schedule or who cannot easily travel to a partner location.
