Enhancing Care for Ontario Care Partners Locations

The Enhancing Care Program partners with organizations across Ontario to provide clinical services and CARERS and TEACH groups to care partners of a person living with dementia.

Each partner site location provides services in specific communities, and the surrounding region, as indicated on the map below. The exceptions are Alzheimer Society Sudbury and Geriatric Psychiatry Community Services of Ottawa which both provide French-language groups to care partners across Ontario.

Note that clinical services and groups are available to partners, spouses, siblings, adult children, and other family or friends and may be completed either in-person or online. Our virtual programs are ideal for anyone with a busy schedule or who cannot easily travel to a partner location.
